Our agency was established in 1974 by Vernon E. Brackett Sr. In 1981, the company was relocated to Norcross, GA and began warehousing components and assembling gearboxes. In 1988, Vern sold the agency to his top salesman, Chris Mallon, who in 1994 relocated the agency & assembly center to Fayetteville, GA.  Chris and his team continued to grow the agency successfully for another 28 years allowing him to retire in 2022. He sold the agency to Vernon E. Brackett Jr. and his son, Rory Mallon, who relocated the company to Peachtree City, GA during the same year.

Some of the end-users that utilize our products through our distributors are: Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Pilgrim’s Pride, Georgia Pacific, International Paper, Shaw Industries, Mohawk Industries, Kia, Hyundai—just about every major industry in the South.
